Burdock

Burdock Vinegar Poultice
Sample: 5$ for a 5oz. Jar

Find some burdock leaves, (first year leaves work best.) Fill  a jar with some Apple Cider Vinegar. Now take your burdock leaves, Roll them up and put them in the vinegar. Soak them over night before you use them. Put them on infected cuts, and sore or aching spots. Heat the burdock leaves till they are as warm as they can tolerate then apply to sore and aching areas. Try heating them by over the stove, steam, or some other heat source.

Healing Wise

I recently got a book called Herbal Wisdom: Healing Wise. In this book are many breakfast lunch and dinner healing meals, then there are actual Medicines to use. I am planning on doing the farmers market for a little while this year. My Ideas will be posted soon along with my remedies.
